Our History
The Secondary School at Generic Schools serves students in Grades 6 through 12, fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and global citizenship. With a total enrollment of approximately 650 students from over 30 countries, the division emphasizes critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and real-world application of knowledge.
The school follows a rigorous standards-based curriculum aligned with the American Common Core and includes options for Advanced Placement (AP) coursework in Grades 10–12. The secondary program is designed to prepare students for top-tier universities and careers in an ever-changing global landscape
Our Leader
Secondary Principal Mr. Faisal Karim
Mr. Karim has a background in educational leadership and curriculum development, with a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction from Michigan State University. With 15 years of teaching and leadership experience, he is committed to fostering inquiry-based learning and preparing students for global universities. He joined Generic School One in 2018 and leads the Middle and High School divisions.

Faculty and Instructional Staff
Teacher Qualifications: 100% hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field- 85% hold advanced degrees (Master’s or higher)- 100% are certified in their home countries.
Over 60% have more than 10 years of classroom experience.
Teachers participate in ongoing professional development, including training in differentiation, digital pedagogy, project-based learning (PBL), and trauma-informed teaching practices.
